Alerts is the workspace’s operational triage area. Confirm the workspace, choose Alerts in the app selector, and start with Queue. An alert records a signal to investigate; its severity or priority is not a finding of wrongdoing.

MenuPurpose
QueueSearch, prioritize, claim, and work individual alerts.
EpisodesInspect related alerts grouped around a subject.
ReviewsFind assigned reviews and proposals waiting for another signature.
MetricsRead alert, review, and workload measures.
ReportsOpen report types and generation history for Alerts.

Playbooks and routing profiles are maintained in Governance → Configuration → Alerts. Their availability depends on your role. The Workflow menu shows blocked actions with a reason; ask the workspace administrator about missing authority rather than changing the record to bypass a gate.

A normal working session

Start with your queue and deadline, inspect the triggering evidence and subject, complete the investigation steps, then record an outcome with its rationale. Verify whether the result was applied or became a proposal. Follow a linked case in Investigations, or enhanced due diligence in EDD Suite. A transaction’s execution decision remains in Transactions.
