Noah
Use the assistant with explicit scope, evidence, and controlled actions.
Noah helps you ask questions about workspace data, assemble evidence, and prepare operational work. Open Noah in the app selector, or use Ask Noah from a record when you want its context. Confirm the selected workspace before sending a query.
| Menu | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Ask Noah | Start a consultation in the workbench. |
| Playbooks | Prefill a guided prompt for a common or available operational task. |
| Chats → New consultation / History | Start fresh or return to a previous conversation. |
| Projects | Organize related sessions, knowledge, memories, and instructions. |
| Knowledge | Manage accessible reference documents and your personal uploads. |
| Insights | Review available usage, cost, timing, and operational measures. |
| Settings → Language | Select English or Spanish for Noah. |
On first use, the introduction explains the workbench. Use Next/Back to read it, or Skip to reach the composer. The disabled About Noah entry is not an available settings page. Workspace administrative policies live in Governance’s Noah configuration, subject to permissions.
Work with evidence
Ask a specific question, identify the subject or record, and state the period and intended output. Inspect tool results, sources, and execution status before using the answer. A recommendation is not a recorded alert disposition, case conclusion, or accepted filing.
Provider availability, installed apps, access, and workspace policy affect what Noah can do. Some Projects, Knowledge, and Insights controls currently retain English labels in the Spanish interface; the guide preserves those visible labels.
