Shared documents
Distinguish incoming shares from the access you have granted.
Open Shared. Shared with me lists incoming access; My shares lists your own sharing. Confirm the item, audience and underlying permissions before using a sharing action. An empty incoming list is a state of this account, not proof that the workspace contains no documents. When a recipient cannot open an item, review the actual share and folder/file access with its owner.
